MY STORY
From Survival Mode To Systems That Set You Free
I've sat where you're sitting. Grinding through 12-hour days. Watching money come in and disappear. Feeling like the business owns you instead of the other way around.
I built Solutions byUS because our community deserves more than hustle culture. We deserve real strategy, real systems, and real freedom — delivered in a way that gets us, respects our journey, and honors the weight we carry as Black business owners.
This isn't cookie-cutter coaching. This is culturally grounded, systems-driven, and built for the entrepreneur who's ready to stop running the business — and start owning it.

My Values & My Approach
Everything I do is rooted in these four principles. No fluff. No jargon. Just real work that produces real freedom.
Culturally Grounded
I speak your language. I understand the systemic barriers, the urban PTSD, and the pressure you carry.
Systems Over Hustle
You don't need to work harder. You need proven systems that produce profit and give you your time back.
Quick Wins, Real Results
I show you what to do RIGHT NOW — not in 6 months. Freedom starts with your next decision.
Trust & Real Talk
No judgment. No embarrassment. Just honest coaching from someone who's been in your shoes.

WHY I DO THIS WORK
Turning Pain Into Purpose
"Our community carries weight the world doesn't see. Systemic barriers. Urban PTSD. The pressure to figure it out alone. Solutions byUS exists because you shouldn't have to choose between success and your sanity — you can have both."
