Mitzi Ruddock has spent more than 20 years building businesses, investing in communities, and helping entrepreneurs create stronger foundations for lasting wealth.
Through Solutions byUS, she helps busy business owners get out of survival mode by tightening up the Money, Team, and Time problems keeping them overworked and underpaid. Her approach blends practical strategy, honest conversations, and accountability rooted in care.

Mitzi brings more than advice. She brings real-world experience. She has supported 1,000+ Detroit entrepreneurs, helped 100+ Detroit Legacy applicants secure social-equity certifications, contributed to efforts that reduced more than $1 million in licensing fees, and helped direct more than $1 million in community-benefit reinvestment to Detroit nonprofits.

Her experience also includes serving as the Good Neighbor Plan Compliance Auditor for the City of Detroit, where she monitored commitments from more than 120 licensed operators. She has personally accessed $1M+ in real estate and business funding, and her portfolio includes 20 LLCs, a nonprofit organization, investment lots, and investments in stocks and silver.

Mitzi is a Kauffman FastTrac® Facilitator and has also studied under Dr. Joy DeGruy in African American multigenerational trauma and models of change.
